2019 SLOW BIKE RACE

Young and old alike will have fun at CTC’s Annual Slow Bike Race to be held as part of Newburyport’s Yankee Homecoming on July 31. This “How Slow Can You Go?” race features slow motion “racing” and last minute surprises. The winner is the last “racer” over the finish line who did not touch a foot to the ground. Prizes are awarded for the slowest racer, most fundraising and best costume. The Slow Bike Race gets more and more popular every year.

Join us on Saturday, August 3 from 9 AM to Noon for a joint Coastal Trails Coalition/Friends of the Seabrook Rail Trail trail work day. This is a great chance to help with the rail trail connector which will link Seabrook & Salisbury to the almost completed extension of the Eastern Marsh Trail.
