The 6th Salisbury Art Stroll takes place on the Old Eastern Marsh Rail Trail in Salisbury, MA, accessed from Friedenfels Road, which starts at the Merrimack River and passes by gorgeous marshes. The trail is part of the Coastal Trails Network.
Artists and fine crafters set up tables on either side of the trail to display and sell their works. Plein-air artists set up as well to create works of art while visitors watch. There are many free children’s programs including art classes, face-painting and balloon artists.
There are also musicians playing and scheduled entertainment demonstrations throughout the day.
Food is also available, so people of all ages can enjoy a full day of arts and nature at the Salisbury Art Stroll. Visit www.salisburyma.gov for more information on the event, or for info on how to become a vendor.
